Terms and Conditions

1. It takes the artist 1-7 days to finish a commission.
2. The artist has the right to use the commissioned pieces for her portfolio and for social media posting.
3. As the buyer, you must not remove the watermark on the commissioned piece, nor distribute it for commercial use without the consent of the artist. You may post it on social media as long as you credit the artist.
4. Either a 50% down payment or a full payment will be required via GCash or Paypal after a commission is accepted by the artist to avoid scammers. Canceled orders will not be given refunds. The other 50% of the payment must be given before the final output is sent to the buyer.
5. Only two (2) minor revisions to the final output are allowed for free. Additional minor revisions will add PHP 50 or USD 1 to the total payment.
6. The artist has the right to decline a commission if the request is too complicated or not within their skills.
7. The artist offers human portraits (head, bust, and waist for Digital Chibi and Digital Style 1; head and bust only for all Watercolor styles, and Digital Style 2), and pet portraits (head and full body). The digital files are a minimum of 1000x1000 px 200 dpi, while the traditional works are on 200 gsm watercolor paper.
